本周二（10月29日）， 顺丰控股 发布2024年三季度报告，公司Q3实现营业收入724.51亿元，同比增长12.07%；净利润28.10亿元，同比增长34.59%；基本每股收益0.59元/股，同比增长37.21%。
公司前三季度实现营业收入2068.61亿元，同比增长9.44%。归属于上市公司股东的净利润76.17亿元，同比增长21.59%。归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润67.43亿元，同比增长21.58%。
具体来看，第三季度公司总件量达到32.29亿票，同比增长14.37%。其中，速运物流板块收入同比增长7.57%，供应链及国际业务收入则大幅增长27.22%，得益于国际海运运费上升和空运需求增加。
此外据知情人士透露，顺丰或于11月底在中国香港进行二次上市。据称，该公司拟于11月27日正式挂牌，可能计划募集约10亿美元资金。
但知情人士表示，相关审议仍在进行中，发行时间和规模等细节还可能发生变化。如顺丰控股在港二次上市成功，则将会成为继美的集团之后，港股今年的第二大新股。
此前曾有消息显示，顺丰控股计划于11月在香港上市，或募资约20亿美元。值得一提的是，2017年该公司在深圳证券交易所上市，如此次赴港二次上市成功，该公司将会成为快递行业首家“A+H”股上市公司。
据了解，此前在2023年8月顺丰控股曾向港交所递交上市申请，但由于未能在六个月内完成聆讯或上市，导致申请自动失效。随后在今年6月，该公司再次向港交所递交申请。
