港股异动 | 恒大汽车跌超25%，广汽辟谣收购传闻，附属恒驰汽车破产清算申请已获受理
本周四（3月27日）港股盘初， 恒大汽车 跌超25%，截至发稿报0.154港元：
消息面上，3月26日，市场传言“华望汽车将收购恒大汽车南沙工厂”引发关注。广汽集团 昨晚发布澄清声明称，广汽集团 及旗下华望汽车技术（广州）有限公司从未与恒大汽车或其他主体就南沙工厂收购事宜进行过任何形式的接洽。
此前3月18日，由广汽集团投资设立的新公司华望汽车技术（广州）有限公司在南沙正式成立。据悉，这是广汽集团在智能汽车生态及高端品牌方面的进一步布局，也是GH项目最新进展。
此外，恒大汽车公告称，并不知悉导致有关股价上升的任何原因或任何必须公布以避免公司股份出现虚假市场的资料。
此前，恒大汽车于2024年9月5日发布关于债权人申请本公司间接全资附属公司恒大恒驰新能源汽车（上海）有限公司破产清算的公告，相关附属公司于2025年3月17日收到上海市第三中级人民法院的裁定书，该法院已受理破产清算申请。
恒大汽车还在公告中披露，截至2025年2月28日止，恒大汽车向中国恒大 集团提供的贷款的未偿还余额约20.5亿元。值得注意的是，恒大汽车此前公告，延迟刊发2024年度业绩，将向港交所申请4月1日起停牌。
