本周四（4月10日）港股盘初，消费电子股飙升， TCL电子 涨近30%， 鸿腾精密 涨超25%：
消息面上，美国总统特朗普当地时间9日表示，已授权对不采取报复行动的国家实施90天的关税暂停。
国金证券此前指出，我国家电行业依然具有强竞争优势供应链角度来看，我国家电产能短期难有替代。在三大白电的核心部件压缩机和电机市场中，中国产能份额达70%以上。
在黑电领域，海信视像与TCL电子全球市占率领先，全球TV代工前十大厂商均为中国公司。
此外，TCL电子推出2025年度附带业绩增长兑现条件的激励股份授予计划，向860名对TCL电子做出贡献及承担主要经营业绩责任的董事、最高行政人员、其他雇员参与者及关连实体参与者等激励对象，以其接受为前提条件，授予合计91,497,900股附带业绩兑现条件的激励股份。
本次授予与公司关键业绩指标(即经调整归属于母公司拥有者净利润增长比率)挂钩，紧密绑定TCL电子管理层及核心骨干人员个人利益与TCL电子中长期业绩表现。
同时，基于此次授予以及激励股份未来的归属安排，公司将基于对公司股票价值的合理判断，并考虑资本市场整体趋势，指示信托人根据股份激励计划规则择机在公开市场增持购买股份作为激励股份。
