3月19日，在李嘉诚家族旗下长和宣布出售港口资产给贝莱德牵头的财团后，高盛预计该交易将给长和带来超190亿美元现金收入，晨星则预计公司可能将大部分收益用于回馈股东，带来每股超过25元的特别股息。
长和、长实将于3月20日（周四）公布年度业绩，同系长建、电能实业、和黄医药则于3月19日（周三）公布业绩。
长和、长实向传媒表示，当日不设传媒发布会。据了解，长和、长实本周同样不设分析员会议。自疫情以来，长和、长实虽然停办实体传媒发布会，但两家公司近年均会在年度业绩时举行网上发布会，并让传媒书面提问。
