据南方都市报，近日有消息称，强生中国多个产品线进行裁员，赔偿方案包括“N+1”、“N+2”和“N+3”。一位被裁员工透露，此次裁员规模为20%，主要涉及外科部门。裁员通知通过邮件发送，她签订的离职日期为今年年底。近年来，强生陆续进行人员优化，但这次涉及架构调整，波及面更广。
公开资料显示，强生自2023年以来就被爆出有过多次裁员，涉及业务合并、关闭其制药部门的心血管和代谢部门、裁员其子公司位于美国工厂的员工等。但在公开报道中，强生集团并没有公开对此回应。
近期也有消息称强生中国对其外科事业部进行了组织架构的调整，自2025年1月1日起，外科事业部将重组为由微创与能量外科事业部、伤口闭合事业部、生物外科事业部、外科全产品拓展事业部(即广域市场事业部)、战略市场部、机器人与数字化六大部门组成。
