消息面上，索尼公布截至去年12月底的第三财季业绩，营收同比增长18%至4.41万亿日元，净利润同比增长2.7%至3737.4亿日元，超预期。
期内AR/VR游戏业务利润增长37%，主要受惠于销售增加以及来自硬件设备的损失减少。
PlayStation 5游戏机销量为950万部，较去年同期的820万部有所增长。另外，索尼将全财年经营溢利预测由1.31万亿上调至1.335万亿日元
