玉柴国际周四宣布，其中国主要运营子公司广西玉柴机器股份有限公司已与越南FUTA集团子公司金龙汽车签署战略合作协议。该协议包括授予和提供技术许可、零部件供应和相关支持服务，以及为金龙汽车在越南建设发动机工厂提供服务。
玉柴已授予金龙汽车某些型号发动机系列的技术许可权，这些发动机型号将主要用于越南的卡车、公共汽车和其他商用车。金龙汽车还将拥有在越南市场独家销售授权发动机的权利。这些许可证的有效期为15年，总许可费用为2800万美元。玉柴将协助越南建设发动机工厂，并将提供所有发动机装配零件和服务套件。
