罗素2000指数一周升近9%，选后行情中值得买入的十只小盘股

自上周大选以来，小盘股指数涨势强劲，小盘和中盘为主的罗素2000指数（RUT）几乎是大盘为主的标普500指数（SPX）收益的两倍。上周，罗素2000指数上涨了8.5%。
然而，尽管最近这一波涨势和过去几年的其他反弹，小盘股板块整体仍远落后于大盘指数。例如，截至目前，罗素2000指数年初至今仍比标普500低7个百分点以上。根据晨星数据，在过去十年中，它的年化回报率也落后了近5个百分点。
