根据文件显示,10月29日至31日期间,伯克希尔集团陆续斥资6070万美元增持Sirius XM超过220万股股票,使其在该公司的持股比例升至33.2%,坚挺地守住最大股东地位。这进一步凸显了伯克希尔对Sirius XM发展前景的看好。
之前,Sirius XM因其主流卫星广播业务增长放缓,加之影视串流服务投资尚未完全达产,股价今年遭遇了逾50%的下跌。但伯克希尔的连续大举买盘被视为看好其媒体资产整合和业务多元增长潜力,为其注入了资本实力和增长动力。
