Shares of Chinasoft International (HKG:0354) surged 11.67% on Wednesday, driven by the company's announcement of launching multiple HarmonyOS applications for various financial clients on the Huawei App Market.
The software solutions provider said it developed apps for a payment institution and a large state-owned bank after successful internal testing. The company also unveiled its financial HarmonyOS native application technology development platform, TOP HAPX, which integrates four key libraries for crafting financial HarmonyOS apps.
The move positions Chinasoft as a pioneer in the HarmonyOS ecosystem, enabling it to capitalize on the growing adoption of Huawei's operating system in the financial sector.
