TPG Pace Beneficial Finance Corp. (NYSE: TPGY) 75% HIGHER; entered into a definitive agreement with ENGIE New Business S.A.S., a wholly owned subsidiary of ENGIE S.A. (“Engie”), a multi-national utility with headquarters in France, to acquire its subsidiary EV Charged B.V. for a combination of cash and equity. EVBox is a leading global provider of smart charging solutions for electric vehicles with Europe’s largest installed base of charging solutions and the most advanced cloud-based software offering.

Amplify Energy Corp. (NYSE: AMPY) 18.7% LOWER; announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 8,548,485 shares of its common stock by certain of its stockholders which are affiliates of Fir Tree Capital Management L.P.

GigCapital3, Inc. (NYSE: GIK) 16.7% HIGHER; Lightning eMotors, a leading provider of complete electrification solutions for commercial fleets, and GigCapital3, Inc. (NYSE: GIK), a Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) Private-to-Public Equity (PPE) corporation, today announced they have entered into a definitive agreement for a business combination that will result in Lightning eMotors becoming a publicly listed company. Upon closing of the transaction, the combined operating company will be named Lightning eMotors, Inc. and will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ZEV.

Nabriva Therapeutics plc (NASDAQ: NBRV) 15% LOWER; announced that it has commenced a public offering of its ordinary shares (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof). All of the ordinary shares (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) in the offering will be sold by Nabriva Therapeutics. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

RMG Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: RMG) 11.4% HIGHER; BTIG initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $40.00.

Blue Apron Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: APRN) 9.2% HIGHER; announced that it expects results for the 2020 fourth quarter to be better than the company's previously provided outlook for the period. The company expects to report 2020 fourth quarter and full year financial results in February 2021.

9 Meters Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: NMTR) 8% LOWER; commenced a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock.

Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) 5% LOWER; report Apple is working on its first cellular modem, which would replace Qualcomm modems.

NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: NSSC) 4.3% LOWER; announced today that its Chairman of the Board and President and Chief Executive Officer, Richard L. Soloway, intends to offer and sell 2,233,071 outstanding shares of common stock beneficially owned by him in an underwritten secondary public offering. Additionally, the Selling Stockholder intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase from him up to an additional 334,961 shares of common stock

Dave & Buster's Entertainment (NASDAQ: PLAY) 4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($1.01), $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of ($1.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $109.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $109.36 million.

NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO) 4% LOWER; to offer 60 million American depositary shares, or ADSs. Each ADS represents one Class A ordinary share, par value US$0.00025 per share.
