智通财经APP讯，保利达资产(00208)发布公告，预期集团截至2020年12月31日止年度的公司权益持有人应占纯利将较2019年取得减少介乎35%至45%。
公告称，该减少主要由于集团持有中国澳门海上居发展项目(位于T+T1地段)的物业发展权益所得收入及其公允价值变动金额减少，以及就其位于哈萨克斯坦的South Alibek油田的石油生产及开采资产所作出的减值亏损金额减少的净效应所致。
撇除除税后合营企业的投资物业的重估变动及物业发展项目权益的公允价值变动，预期集团于截至2020年12月31日止年度的公司权益持有人应占基础纯利较2019年上升介乎10%至20%。
