格隆汇5月13日丨益华控股(02213.HK)公告，公司获悉一则针对公司执行董事梁维君破产令已于2021年5月3日颁布("破产令")。
根据公司经修订及重订组织章程细则("细则")第105条(a)项，倘董事破产或接获接管令或暂停还债或与债权人达成还款安排协定，则董事须离任。因此，根据细则第105条(a)项，梁先生已离任其董事职位，由2021年5月3日起生效。公司认为破产令(1)仅针对梁人而发出，与公司当前事务无关；及(2)对公司或其任何子公司的业务和/或经营没有任何重大不利影响。
