益华控股(02213)发布公告，截至本公告日期，清盘人从若干本公司国内附属公司管理层得知，本集团位于中国广东省江门市的百货店已于2021年第一季度停止运营。

本集团一直在审阅其每一间百货店业务的运营状态并寻找业务/企业重组的机会，以改善其业务及财务表现，以及提高运营资金及其他资源的使用效率。

诚如日期为2021年2月17日的公告所披露，清盘人已从若干潜在投资者处收到与本集团拟议重组有关的不具约束力的条款书，且清盘人已与各方进行持续谈判，以目标与一名选定投资者达成最终协议。截至本公告日期，由于无法就最终协议的关键条款互相达成一致及定稿，清盘人与上述已提交不具约束力条款书的投资者的谈判已终止。

清盘人现正物色其他潜在投资人。本公司将于适当时候进一步刊发公告，通知本公司的股东及公众关于本公司复牌的进展。
