【财华社讯】保利达资产(00208.HK)公布，于2021年5月20日（星期四）（开曼群岛时间）举行的呈请聆讯，大法院已批准该计划而无须修订。于同日及同一聆讯，大法院亦确认因]销及剔除计划股份而削减已发行股份数目。
预期该计划将于2021年5月21日（星期五）（开曼群岛时间）生效。计划生效时将另行刊发公布。
公司已向联交所申请，且联交所已批准自2021年5月25日（星期二）下午四时正起撤回股份在联交所的上市地位，惟须待该计划生效。
