格隆汇5月21日丨保利达资产(00208.HK)公布，于2021年5月20日举行的呈请聆讯，大法院已批准私有化计划而无须修订。于同日及同一聆讯，大法院亦确认因注销及剔除计划股份而削减已发行股份数目。预期该计划将于2021年5月21日生效。
公司已向联交所申请，且联交所已批准自2021年5月25日下午四时正起撤回股份在联交所的上市地位，但须待该计划生效。
