于2021年6月17日，公司接获联交所的函件，其中联交所通知公司，如公司于2021年6月11日公告所披露，于范新培先生辞任公司授权代表后，公司未能符合上市规则第3.05条项下每名上市发行人应委任两名授权代表的规定，并对上述复牌指引进行修改载列如下：重新遵守上市规则第3.05条、第3.10条、第3.10A条、第3.21条及第3.25条的规定。
为求完整，于本公告日期公司最新的复牌指引载列如下：针对公司的清盘令获撤回或撤销，及任何清盘人(临时或非临时)的委任获解除;刊发所有尚未公布的财务业绩及处理任何审核修订;于市场发放一切重要资讯，让股东及投资者评估公司的状况;证明公司遵守上市规则第13.24条的规定;及重新遵守上市规则第3.05条、第3.10条、第3.10A条、第3.21条及第3.25条的规定。
公司股份继续停牌。
