格隆汇8月20日丨 益华控股(02213.HK)公告，截至公告日期，清盘人从若干公司国内附属公司管理层得知，集团位于中国广东省韶关市的百货店预期于2021年第三季度停止运营。集团一直在审閲其每一间百货店业务的运营状态并寻找业务/企业重组的机会，以改善其业务及财务表现，以及提高运营资金及其他资源使用效率。
清盘人现正物色潜在投资人。截至公告日期，概无订立任何具有约束力协议。公司将于适当时候进一步刊发公告，通知公司的股东及公众关于公司复牌的进展。
庄宁已辞任公司独立非执行董事、审核委员会成员、薪酬委员会成员以及提名委员会成员，原因爲庄意向分配更多时间专注于个人安排和业务承担。
