智通财经APP讯，健升物流中国(01529)公布，该集团预期2021年产生净亏损不少于人民币1700万元，而2020年产生纯利约人民币250万元。
公告称，2021年出现亏损主要归因于当地政府的土地收回计划涉及集团四个仓库所在土地，因此对物业、厂房及设备计提减值准备约人民币1650万元，集团于2021年7月底不再使用相关仓库，相关租赁装修及设备无法搬迁至东莞的新仓库;及自2020 年起出现前所未有的COVID -19疫情爆发，其对物流流程效率造成不利影响，导致分包费用增加。
