智通财经APP讯，庄园牧场(01533)发布公告，公司于2021年12月14日将暂时补充流动资金的首次公开发行A股募集资金2000万元提前归还至募集资金专用账户，于2022年1月7日将暂时补充流动资金的首次公开发行A股募集资金3000万元提前归还至募集资金专用账户。截至2022年1月7日，剩余暂时补充流动资金的金额为1亿元。
截至2022年8月23日，公司已将暂时补充流动资金的1亿元人民币全部归还至公司募集资金专用账户，并将上述募集资金的归还情况通知了公司的保荐机构华龙证券股份有限公司及保荐代表人。至此，本次使用闲置募集资金补充流动资金事项已完成。
