Four Springs Capital Trust on Wednesday filed a request with the Securities and Exchange Commission to withdraw its initial public offering.
The real estate investment trust said it decided not to pursue a sale of its securities due to market conditions, according to the regulatory filing.
Four Springs launched the IPO in January, with an offer of 18 million shares expected to be priced between $13 to $15 apiece. Later that month, the company postponed the offering, citing market conditions.
