智通财经APP讯，四川路桥(600039.SH)公告，先前公告披露，公司子公司四川蜀道新材料科技集团股份有限公司(“新材料集团”)拟收购澳大利亚STB Eritrea Pty Ltd(“STB”)所持ColluliMining Share Company(“CMSC”)全部50%股权并投资建设厄立特里亚(“厄特”)库鲁里钾盐矿项目。
2023年1月11日，公司与STB及其股东Danakali Limited签订了《股权收购协议》，明确了新材料集团购买STB持有的CMSC全部50%股权并承接其出借的股东贷款交易金额及支付方式、交割先决条件及交割时间、过渡期约定、债权的承接等内容。
