智通财经APP讯，庄园牧场(002910.SZ)发布公告，公司基于公司业务发展需要，决定以自有资金设立全资子公司甘肃多鲜供应链有限公司(简称“甘肃多鲜供应链”)，主要开展分仓产品进出库和储藏等业务，注册资本为1000万元，公司持股比例100%。甘肃多鲜供应链已完成工商注册登记手续，取得了兰州市城关区市场监督管理局于2023年1月9日颁发的《营业执照》。
