中国地利集团(01387.HK) 公布其复牌进展，表示已在今天向联交所提交延长补救期的申请，冀能令公司履行复牌指引所载条件，该股继续停牌。
公司亦表示，即使近期集团的境内银行存款被冻结，其业务营运在所有重大方面仍如常进行，并将持续监察财务状况及业务营运。另外，考虑到内地最近的宏观经济环境，并达致优化成本结构和改善营运效益，集团最近已实施一系列的减省成本措施，包括降低人员成本及精简低盈利或无盈利的业务线。(vc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
