智通财经APP讯，中国地利(01387)发布公告，集团主要从事在中华人民共和国七个城市经营十个农产品批发市场。自公司证券暂停买卖至本公告日期，即使近期集团的境内银行存款被冻结，集团的业务营运在所有重大方面仍如常进行，并将持续监察财务状况及业务营运。另外，考虑到中华人民共和国最近的宏观经济环境，并达致优化成本结构和改善营运效益，集团最近已实施一系列的减省成本措施，包括但不限于降低人员成本及精简低盈利或无盈利的业务线。
公司已于2024年4月26日向联交所提交延长补救期的申请，以使公司能履行复牌指引所载条件。于本公告日期，公司未收到联交所就有关申请作出的回复。
公司股份继续停牌。
