智通财经APP讯，中国地利(01387)公布，公司已收到联交所日期为 2024 年 5 月 17 日的函件，当中声明联交所上市委员会已根据《上市规则》第 6.01A(1) 条决定撤销公司的上市地位，原因为公司未能满足复牌指引。
根据《上市规则》第 2B 章，公司有权于决定刊发日期起计七个营业日内(即 2024 年 5 月 28 日或之前)提请联交所上市复核委员会复核决定。倘公司决定不申请复核，公司股份的最后上市日期将为 2024 年 5 月 31 日，而其股份的上市地位将自 2024 年 6 月 3 日上午 9 时正起被取消。
于 2024 年 5 月 27 日，公司已根据《上市规则》第 2B 章的规定提交申请，要求将决定提请上市复核委员会复核。公司股份继续停牌。
