智通财经APP获悉，泛华控股集团(FANH.US)董事会额外授权2000万美元扩大股票回购计划，使授权回购总额达到4000万美元。
自2022年12月股票回购计划启动以来，截至2024年6月30日，约726616股美国存托股(ADS)已被回购，总购买价格约为540万美元。
在接下来的12个月里，该公司计划购买价值高达500万美元的股票。
消息公布后，截至发稿，该股周五盘前上涨超6%。
