智通财经APP讯，中国地利(01387)公吧，上市复核委员会已于2024年7月17日就决定进行复核聆讯。于2024年7月30日，公司收到联交所的函件，当中声明，经审慎考虑所有事实及证据，以及公司及联交所上市科提交的全部陈述后，上市复核委员会决定维持上市委员会根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条撤销公司上市地位的决定。
于2024年7月31日，公司收到联交所的函件，以通知公司股份上市的最后日期为2024年8月9日，并由2024年8月12日上午9时起，公司的上市地位将予以撤销。
由2024年8月12日上午9时起，公司的上市地位将予以撤销。此后，股份将不会于联交所挂牌亦不能于联交所买卖。
