中国地利(01387.HK) 公布，于本周二(8月30日)受收到联交所之函件，当中声明经审慎考虑所有事实及证据，以及公司及联交所上市科提交的全部陈述后，上市复核委员会决定维持上市委员会根据《上市规则》撤销公司上市地位的决定。
另外，中国地利于昨日(8月31日)再收到联交所之函件，通知公司股份上市之最后日期为今年8月9日，并由今年8月12日上午9时起，公司的上市地位将予以撤销。
中国地利表示，尽管公司股份之股票于最后上市日期后仍然有效，但股份将不会于联交所挂牌亦不能于联交所买卖。此后，公司将不再受《上市规则》所规限。
公告亦披露，中国地利的所有证券已自2022年10月28日起在联交所暂停买卖。(js/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
