China Dili Group Delisting Decision by Hong Kong Bourse Upheld in Appeal
A Listing Review Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange upheld the Listing Committee's decision to cancel China Dili Group (HKG:1387) listing under relevant laws, according to a Thursday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
Earlier, the company submitted a review application requesting the decision to be reconsidered. The last listing day for the company's shares is August 9. After that, listing of the shares will be canceled with effect from 9:00 am on August 12.
The trading of the stock has been suspended since Oct. 28, 2022.
