联交所宣布，由2024年8月12日(下周一)上午九时起，中国地利(01387.HK) 上市地位将根据《上市规则》第 6.01A(1)条予以取消。
联交所表示，公司股份自2022年10月28日起已暂停买卖，并未能于2024年4月27日或之前履行联交所订下的复牌指引而复牌。
联交所指，在2024年5月27日，上市委员会决定根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条取消公司股份在联交所的上市地位，并于7月30日，上市复核委员会维持上市委员会取消公司上市地位的决定。按此，联交所将于2024年8月12日上午九时起取消公司的上市地位。(ca/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
