Aspial Lifestyle (SGX:5UF) received a listing and quotation notice from the SGX for the listing and quotation of up to 311,843,500 rights shares.
The company earlier proposed a renounceable non-underwritten rights issue at an issue price of SG$0.12 per share, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Net proceeds from the rights issue will be used to repay bank borrowings and boost working capital.
Shares of the company were down 4% in recent trading.
