智通财经APP获悉，铅酸电池迎政策利好。截至发稿，天能动力(00819)涨12.03%，报6.24港元；超威动力(00951)涨6.62%，报1.45港元。
消息面上，商务部等5部门发布了《推动电动自行车以旧换新实施方案》，组织合规电动自行车生产企业的合格产品参加消费品以旧换新活动。考虑到近年来铅酸蓄电池在电动自行车用电池中占比接近80%，且安全性较好、价格便宜，此次政策对于将老旧锂离子蓄电池电动自行车换购成铅酸蓄电池自行车的消费者，会适当加大补贴力度。
华泰证券指出，天能股份第二季度收入122.94亿元，同环比增长13.77%/31.8%；归母净利润6.92亿元，同环比增长45.71%/37.85%；净利率同环比大幅改善我们认为或系二季度开始下游两轮车市场需求回暖，且铅酸电池价格上涨导致。该行指出，电动两轮车市场依托今年以来的各项政策，或实现自然替换需求的高增长，天能作为上游电池龙头，有望受益于下游的高景气。
