China Mining International (SGX:BHD) addressed a query from Singapore Exchange Regulation regarding unusual trading activity in its shares on Sept. 4, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
In response to the bourse's questions, the mining and resources company stated it is unaware of any undisclosed information or material developments that could explain the trading activity.
The company also indicated that it does not know external factors such as rumors or reports that might impact its stock. Shares of the company were up 15% in recent trade.
