Shengjing Bank (HKG:2066) issued 6.0 billion yuan ten-year fixed-rate bonds, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The bonds with a 2.85% coupon rate come with a conditional issuer's redemption right at the end of the fifth year.
The proceeds from the Bonds will be used to replenish the Bank's tier two capital.
