新浪科技讯 9月11日上午消息，交个朋友直播间发布声明称，发现销售的“芬迪卡萨 FENDI CASA 月饼伴手礼”与真正的奢侈品品牌“FENDI”（包括FENDI CASA系列）并无实际关联，涉嫌品牌造假。公司进行调查后，停止了相关商品的销售并对所有购买用户先行赔付，退一赔三。

　　交个朋友声明中提到，在选品审查资质时确有疏漏，并已向品牌方发送律师函，但品牌方除了推诿和狡辩，无法给出令人信服的解释和充分的证明。

　　交个朋友称，“李逵与李鬼”的现象在消费市场上屡见不鲜，很多无良厂商通过中文商标抢注假装成国际知名品牌。另外，随着这类造假手段的进化，他们通常也会到海外付费找外籍人士代为注册极为相似的品牌商标来混淆视听。从事这种行为的，也不乏一些看起来比较正规的厂商，极大地增加了鉴别难度。
