China HK Power Smart Energy Group's Subsidiary to Work on Government's Centralized Heating-Cooling Project in Weiyang District, Xi'an
China HK Power Smart Energy Group's (HKG:0931) subsidiary HK Power Investment (Shenzhen) entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the People's Government of Weiyang District, Xi'an City regarding an exclusive franchise for a clean energy project, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The company will invest a minimum of 417 million yuan in the municipal centralized cooling/heating clean energy project located in the Weiyang Lake area of Xi'an City. The company will also build an 182.2MW integrated energy station and a 5 million square meters waste-water source system for the project.
The liquefied natural gas and smart energy company will also install transmission and distribution pipelines for the project and will obtain the exclusive franchise for the project after construction.
