Venus Medtech (Hangzhou) (HKG:2500) appointed Bing Zhu as the chief financial officer effective Monday, Sept. 9, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The trading in the shares of the company is still suspended pending the fulfillment of the resumption guidance.
