Greentown China Issues Credit Enhanced Bonds Worth $73.4 Million
Greentown China (HKG:3900) issued 2.3% credit enhanced bonds due 2025 with a total value of $73.4 million for repurchase for cash, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Wednesday.
The bonds' outstanding principal amount will be $26.7 million following the payment of the validly tendered bonds on or about Sept. 13, the filing said.
The tender offer for the bonds expired on Tuesday, Sept. 10, the filing said.
