Tencent, Tongcheng Travel Renew Cooperation Agreement

Tongcheng Travel Holdings (HKG:0780) renewed strategic cooperation and marketing promotion framework agreement with Tencent Holdings (HKG:0700) to renew the previous agreement that expired on July 31, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

Under the renewed agreement, Tencent will provide traffic support and related services to the company, while the two companies will collaborate on marketing and promoting services for three years, starting from Aug. 1, 2024, to July 31, 2027.

The parties are yet to finalize the annual caps for the agreement.
