智通财经APP讯，金沙中国有限公司(01928)发布公告，公司获Las Vegas Sands Corp. （LVS，公司的控股股东，于本公告日期，实益拥有公司已发行股本约71%的权益） 告知，其拟进一步增持其于公司的股权，并已促使Venetian Venture Development Intermediate II（VVDI (II)，公司的直接控股股东及LVS的间接全资附属公司）于2024年9月9日（拉斯维加斯时间）与一间金融机构订立购股交易，据此，VVDI (II)将支付最多8亿港元以购买公司股份。
根据于2024年9月9日于香港联合交易所有限公司所报的收市价每股13.42港元计算，融资金额相等于约5961.25万股股份的总价格，相当于已发行股份总数约0.74%。
