Dubber (ASX:DUB) appointed Matthew Bellizia as chief executive, effective Sept. 10, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Following the appointment, the communications technology firm's acting CEO, Peter Pawlowitsch, will move back to his position as a part-time executive director, the filing said.
The company's shares climbed almost 7% in recent Monday trade.
