China Datang Renewable Power (HKG:1798) recorded a power output of 1.7 million megawatt-hours in August, a 4.4% increase from the year-ago period, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
Wind power generation fell by 4.3% to around 1.3 million megawatt-hours during the month, while photovoltaic power output rose by 61% to 351,639 megawatt-hours.
As of Aug. 31, total power generation in 2024 fell by 0.54% to roughly 20.8 million megawatt-hours. Wind and photovoltaic power output stood at 18.2 million megawatt-hours and 2.6 million megawatt-hours, respectively, down 5.5% and up 58% from the year-ago period.
