GTI Energy Validates Uranium Extensions at US Project; Shares Surge 33%
GTI Energy (ASX:GTR) validated extensions to known uranium mineralization from an ongoing resource estimate drill program at the Lo Herma uranium project in Wyoming, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The program identified mineralization to the north of the project's mineral resource, with yields of up to 6 feet at 0.1% triuranium octoxide, the miner said in the filing.
Shares of GTI Energy surged past 33% in recent Thursday trade.
