e公司讯，9月11日——淡水河谷宣布，公司已开始对大瓦尔任1号（Vargem Grande 1）项目的湿式选矿作业进行调试，这将使位于巴西米纳斯吉拉斯州的大瓦尔任综合运营区的铁矿石年产能增加约1500万吨。大瓦尔任1号项目包括调整VGR1的水回路和废弃物隔离系统，启用新设备以恢复湿式选矿作业，该工厂的平均铁品位由此有望提升约2%。该项目是公司朝着“到2026年使铁矿石年产能达到3.4亿吨至3.6亿吨”这一目标迈出的重要步伐，将使淡水河谷提升产品组合质量、扩大生产能力并增强运营灵活性。
