Bank Of China's (HKG:3988, SHA:601988) chief risk officer Liu Jiandong resigned from his post due to a change of job, effective from Thursday, Sept. 12, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Bourse stated.
The Bank's shares closed nearly 2% higher on Thursday.
