智通财经APP获悉，内房股再度下挫，截至发稿，世茂集团(00813)跌28.33%，报0.43港元；远洋集团(03377)跌17.62%，报0.187港元；中国海外宏洋集团(00081)跌4.03%，报1.43港元。
消息面上，9月9日，上交所、深交所发布公告，因恒生综合大型股指数、中型股指数、小型股指数实施成份股调整，港股通标的名单发生调整，并自下一港股通交易日起生效。其中，包括宝龙地产、世茂集团、远洋集团、华南城在内的多只内房股被调出。
开源证券指出，上半年房地产市场整体回暖进度不及预期，销售回款下降也压制了房企拿地动力，头部房企销售拿地数据同比均有较大降幅。在结转毛利率下滑和销售费用增加的压力下，房企盈利能力下降，业绩承压下滑，但同时行业出清过程中优质房企负债结构优化、融资成本压降，看好未来市占率提升。
