Enlitic (ASX:ENL) said it will hold an extraordinary general meeting on Oct. 9, where shareholders will vote on its proposed acquisition of US medical imaging company Laitek, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Shareholders will also vote on a share purchase plan to raise up to AU$1.3 million, expected to open on or around Oct. 17 and close on or around Nov. 6, the filing stated.
The artificial intelligence company's fell past 9% in recent Wednesday trade, hitting a new 52-week low.
