金融界9月12日消息，首创环境在2024年中期报告中指出，公司的废物处理及废物转化能源业务收益为人民币1,786,721,000元，相较2023年同期的1,908,540,000元减少约6.38%。收益下滑主要是由于在建项目转为商业运营，建设收入下降。然而，首创环境的毛利率为约36.41%，相较于2023年同期的34.16%有所上升，提高原因主要是因为部分项目的垃圾处理量增加以及发电效率持续提高。此外，首创环境的拥有人应占溢利净额达到170,656,000元，比2023年同期的150,386,000元增加约13.48%，增长主要是由于长期资产减值减少所导致的。
