Oil India Signs Pact to Collaborate on Critical Mineral Projects Globally
State-owned oil and gas explorer Oil India (NSE:OIL, BOM:533106) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with ONGC Videsh, Khanij Bidesh India and UAE-based International Resources Holding RSC for global cooperation in the critical mineral supply chain, according to a Tuesday filing with the stock exchanges.
Under the pact, the parties will focus on collaboration, identification, acquisition, and development of critical mineral projects globally, including India.
